100% alpine OOLONG TEA from the Alishan preserve / mountains of Jiayi County in Taiwan. Lightly oxidized, a creamy texture, rich taste, and delicate sweetness. Clear/pale greenish yellow cup, typical floral orchid notes, with brisk aftertaste. Many layers of flavor develop with each infusion.
1 tsp. per 8oz of 180-190°F water, steep for 2-3 min or to desired taste. Up to 6 infusions, adding 1 min to each.
