A great yet subtle WHITE TEA, with appropriate subtle flavors. Premium white tea from the Fujian Province of China, blended with ginger root, orange peel, peach pieces (also known as GOP), and also adding marigold and safflowers, & natural ginger orange peach flavors. The orange comes through mostly in the first infusion, and the ginger seems to increase in the second. BREWING: Two teaspoons for every 8 oz of boiling 175-185°F fresh water. Steep for 3 minutes or longer to desired taste. A second through forth infusion is possible by increasing steep time one minute each time. Trailhead Tea: Sedona & Northern Arizona Full-Leaf Tea Department Store
Sedona’s most famous rock formation, known as Cathedral Rock, is the most photographed object in Arizona after the Grand Canyon. The center spires are known as the “Three Sisters”. A customer (now good friend of the store) helped name the new ginger, orange, peach tea we were testing. He also took the photo of the sisters for our label, on a day when a rock climber stood on the second spire.
