Greek mountain tea is also known as Ironwort or Sideritis, an herb mostly harvested wild in the Mediterranean region. Rich in a number of natural antioxidants (as recognized in green tea), including flavonoids, and contains essential oils. Has traditionally been used to aid digestion, strengthen the immune system and suppress common cold, the flu and other viruses, allergies and shortness of breath, sinus congestion, even pain and mild anxiety. Slight earthy, herb floral, tangy hints of lemon/citrus and mint. Additional blended ingredients include Echinacea, Manuka honey powder, Ginger root, Apple pieces, Fennel, Eucalyptus leaves, Sweet blackberry leaves, Lemon verbena, Crimson rose petals, and Marigold blossoms:

Package size is 2 ounces of full leaf tea, which yields approximately 25 cups. Tasting sample is 1 ounce for about 10-12 cups.
BREWING: 2 heaping tsp per 8 oz of boiling 200-212°F fresh water. Steep for 6-10 minutes. Use 3-4 Tbsp per quart if brewing for iced.
